Job Description:

  • Job Details
  • Job Summary: The CT technologist will demonstrate professionalism and service excellence when performing various tasks related to patient care and imaging procedures.
  • Obtains necessary medical, surgical and radiological supplies for specific procedures according to established protocols.
  • Maintains sterility of field and instruments.
  • Communicates to the patient and family before, during and after the procedure to alleviate anxiety while maintaining privacy and dignity of the patient.
  • Observes patient's condition before and after contrast injections and reports any sudden change to the nursing staff and Radiologist.
  • Ensures availability of medical records, previous reports, labs and history of patient.
  • Can begin emergency response in case of complication.
