This team is responsible for automating accounting operations across Audible's marketplace, Google, and Apple. • Lead cross-functional project delivery across Audible and Amazon teams
• Drive technical decisions and architectural direction
• Promote development and operational excellence for our flagship solutions
• Mentor and support high-performing engineers, fostering their growth and expertise
• Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative software that captivates our community and motivates our colleagues
• Handle all aspects of software development, including operational metrics and support for your team's software
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery performance and quality in an agile environment
• Take charge of 1-2 Scrum teams

This spirit courses throughout Audible, supporting a culture of creativity and inclusion built on our People Principles and our mission to build more equitable communities in the cities we call home.Minimum Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams- Experience partnering with product OR program management teams- 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers- 3+ years of experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems- Experience leading full stack development web teams- 5+ years experience of software development and deployment of distributed multi-tier applications- 3+ years experience managing agile software projects across multiple and geographically distributed teams- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
