Newark, United States - Posted on 02/05/2025Job Summary:We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our US Business Technology Organization, driving innovation and delivering scalable, efficient solutions in the Global Commissions and Comp-Operations Platform. As part of an agile team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality applications, using modern design patterns and frameworks to solve complex business problems and enhance customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications following industry standards, modern design patterns, and best practices.
• Write unit, integration, and functional automation tests.
• Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define technical solutions.
• Research and resolve issues discovered by quality assurance or product support.
• Coach team members and promote continuous learning and innovation.
• Work on complex technical problems requiring in-depth analysis.Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data storage (NoSQL, Relational Databases), API development (REST, SOAP), and DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and security concepts.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Architecture patterns and design thinking expertise.
