*Surgical Nurse Practitioner - Locum *

*Schedule:* *Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM*
*Pay Rate:* $80 - $100 per hour

We are seeking a skilled *Surgical Nurse Practitioner* with experience in *wound care* to join a dedicated team in *Newark, NJ*. This *locum role* offers the opportunity to contribute to *wound care management* while collaborating with a highly experienced team in both *inpatient and OR settings*.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Debridement of wounds* both in the *OR and bedside*
* *Application of negative pressure wound therapy* (Wound VAC)
* *Round on inpatients* for *wound consults and follow-ups*
* Optimize *OR debridement procedures*
* Work in a collaborative setting with a surgical team to provide comprehensive care
* Utilize *Epic EMR* for documentation and patient care

*Requirements:*
* *Board-certified Nurse Practitioner* with surgical and wound care experience
* Strong knowledge and experience in *wound management* and *negative pressure wound therapy (Wound VAC)*
* Ability to *work independently and within a team*
* *NJ state license* or ability to obtain
