Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to
design and manage a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy aligned with
company goals
Track sales performance metrics and analyze market trends for
improvement opportunities
Create and deliver training programs covering technical, product,
and sales development topics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a
related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales
operations
Proven record of developing successful sales enablement
strategies
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement
platforms
Experience supporting software sales organizations, specifically in
cybersecurity
