Qualifications:Required:
- ADN
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient computer Skills
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Knowledge of system applications and EMRPreferred:
BSN3-5 years of RN experience in
acute careCertifications and Licenses Required:
Active NJ RN license or compact RN
license with NJ endorsementBLS from the American Heart
AssociationCertification as required by law, stature, and or
regulation of area or specializationScheduling Requirements:
- Evening Shift, 40 hours a week
- Monday Friday, every other weekend, and holiday rotation - if
applicable
- Full TimeEssential Functions:As part of the Quality and Patient
Safety team, the Logistics RN is primarily responsible for
supporting the Chief Quality Officer during planning and
implementation of key performance improvement and safety together
initiatives. The Logistics RN goal will be to support
transformational and sustainable outcome improvements using
project/program management, quality and performance improvement
tools, and High Reliability (HRO) principles. The Logistics RN is
primarily responsible for supporting quality and patient safety
initiatives and communications efforts across the organization. The
Logistics RN is also responsible for implementing the strategy and
tools to support organizational change for frontline
employees.Other Duties: Must be able to scrub and circulate in the
following services: vascular, endovascular, neurovascular,
neuro/spine, robotics, thoracic, trauma, and general. Benefits and
